WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Free Standard Shipping: Spend over $150 to qualify for free standard shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. Orders typically take between 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped, with an additional 2-5 business days for delivery via our standard shipping methods.

Flat-Rate Shipping: For all orders under $150, we offer a $6 flat-rate shipping option to anywhere in the Continental U.S.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Standard shipping rates apply.

Expedited Shipping: We also offer expedited shipping options. Pricing and details will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping orders will be processed and shipped on the same business day if placed before 12:00 PM PT, or on the next business day if placed after 12:00 PM PT. An estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout for expedited shipping options.
Note: Weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are excluded from processing and shipping. This applies to expedited shipping orders as well; any expedited shipping orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Credit card authorization and address verification must be completed prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future!
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at PeggyJoseph20768@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving it. Provide a note with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number, and we will take care of it for you.
MY ORDER WAS LOST, NOW WHAT?
We apologize for the inconvenience! While the shipping carrier is responsible for delivering your package once it leaves our warehouse, please contact us, and we will open an inquiry into the lost package. We will do our best to resolve the issue; however, ultimately, Pioneering Automotive Designs LIMITED is not responsible for any lost packages.
